At Donna's Montessori and Childcare, our staff are highly qualified and experienced and have demonstrated a passion for working with young children.  

 

We encourage all staff to undertake regular training in areas such as Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection.  Members of our Staff have recently attended and completed Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Training and several staff are currently participating in the Leadership for Inclusion Programme (LINC).   LINC is a higher education blended-learning programme designed for workers within the Early Years sector, to promote the inclusion of children with additional needs.

All staff are fully compliant with all Covid-19 regulations.

For children who may require additional assistance, we participate in the AIM programme which involves one to one support for those children who meet the criteria of the programme.  We will work with Parents / Primary Care Givers in every way possible to ensure that your child receives all of the support they need.
